Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you believe the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Send us picture(s) and the details of your order to info@mycupcondom.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns/refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
All sales are final. However, our customer experience is very important to us! if you believe you deserve a refund for a specific reason, please contact us at info@mycupcondom.com with your Order # and explain your situation. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
